COLD PRESS COMPOUND FLOOR BOARD PRODUCTION LINE

The solid timber compound floorboard is a new type of
wood floorboard. It is framed with a layer of the noble
solid timber connecting with common wood insides as
balance layer. Through high temperature and high-pressure,
the solid timber compound floorboard is formed.

The automatic solid timber compound floorboard production
line in our company is made up of glue spreader, model
cutting machine, hot press and other transport devices.
It is famous for its high production efficiency, high automatic,
and is widely adapt to many fields.

Workmanship brief introduction: The inside wood is glued
with the balance layer and surface wood. After model
cutting and performing press, it is made into compound
board by hot press machine. Then paint, tenon and pack.
Finally, the comfortable and durable compound floorboard
is made out.
